Welcome to The Mobile Car Guy LLC. By using our website and booking services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling any service.
1. Service Scope
We provide mobile car repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to oil changes, brake repair, battery replacement, and general inspections.
All services are by appointment only. We do not offer emergency or roadside assistance.
2. Booking & Appointments
- Services must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.
- You must provide accurate information about your vehicle and location.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Service Area
We currently serve select locations in Northern Virginia, including Reston, Ashburn, Oakton, and Vienna.
If your location is outside our service area, we may decline the request or charge an additional travel fee.
4. Payments
- Full payment is due upon completion of service.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers.
- Prices quoted at booking may change based on the actual condition of the vehicle or additional services required.
5. Warranty & Liability
- We stand behind our work. If you experience a problem related to a service we performed, contact us within 7 days.
- We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, future vehicle issues unrelated to our service, or any damage caused by third-party or customer-supplied parts.
- We are not responsible for delays due to external circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather, supply shortages).
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe and accessible location before the appointment.
- Remove all valuables from the vehicle prior to service.
- Cooperate with the technician and provide requested information about the vehicle.
7. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, store, and use your personal information.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
